The Great Thanksgiving Feast
Gather your friends, family and four-legged companions at Pippin’s on the evening of 26 November. We’re putting a whole roast turkey at the centre of the table, with cranberry and apricot stuffing, cranberry sauce and all the trimmings: maple-roasted Chantenay carrots, chestnut and pancetta sprouts, mac and cheese, fine beans with bacon and bourbon sweet potato mash. Save room for pecan and pumpkin pie with crème anglaise.

The Es Devlin Exhibition
In partnership with our neighbours at the Design Museum, we’re bringing Es Devlin: Other Worlds to Sprout Bar at Miiro Templeton Garden. The exhibition is on show at the museum, and we thought her work deserved an appearance in liquid form too.
Devlin is known for turning stages into worlds of their own, using sculpture, light and movement to make an audience part of the work. She has created stage sculptures for Beyoncé, Adele, U2 and The Weeknd, with work spanning the London Olympics, the National Theatre and the Royal Opera House. Her first European retrospective takes you inside her creative process, from early sketches and a recreation of her London studio to installations shaped by light, language and space.
The team at Sprout has created three cocktails for the occasion: Black Box to Spotlight, with bourbon and coffee liqueur; Forest of Voices, with gin, Green Chartreuse and apple; and The Devilled Martini, with gin, dry vermouth and sake. Order any one and you’ll receive complimentary entry to the exhibition.
